Exposure to sun in daily life cannot be avoided, no matter, whatever you do. Pollution and sun exposure harm the skin more than anything else. Also some cooling gels are available in the market to give pain relief caused by sunburn. As prevention is better than cure, take all measures to protect your skin from the damaging UVA and UVB rays of the sun as both are responsible for causing sunburn.
